Log in with the same account you used when registering for a tryout. Please note, several different clubs and programs share the same web platform (Blue Sombrero/Sports Connect) and many of them share login information. Your Username is the best way to access your WMSC account once created, not your email address.

From your WMSC portal home page, you should see a red button in the middle of the screen that says, “Accept or decline position”. Click that button.

Please indicate your acceptance of our non-refundable first payment when your offer is accepted and click Continue.

Our website is synchronized with the State of NJ which requires several different disclaimers and waivers to be completed before your child will be allowed to play soccer in NJ. These change every year, but they will be displayed on this next step and you will be required to accept every required acknowledgement/waiver. You will also be required to enter information like your insurance carrier and child’s doctor and upload an image copy of your child’s birthday.
Regarding the birth certificate, these are required by NJ to validate your child’s age so they can be assigned to specific teams. It is our experience that making sure the image you upload has the birth certificate clearly legible and right-side-up is important. Not doing so will result in delays and without state approval your player could potentially miss a game.

This is the Order Summary page. The team you’re accepting an offer for should be visible as well as the current price (please note that prices will change from year to year). You will also be able to select a payment option on this screen (if available). WMSC typically offers a payment plan that allows you to spread the fees over the season (2 payments for Travel, 3 payments for Premier).
To change to a payment plan, click the “Select Payment Options” link, and from the pop-up window, choose “Payment Plans”. Then click the “Select” button.
When you return to the previous page your payment options should now be changed. Click “Continue”.

This is the final step before accepting your offer, and it’s here where you’ll be able to use an assigned Coupon Code (if applicable), as well as indicate any donations you’d like to make the program. WMSC is a non-profit volunteer-led program and all donations are put back into the program for field improvements, financial aid, and club equipment.
Towards the bottom of this page you can enter your Payment Method which will be used for this payment as well as any future payments. After completing all required fields, click the “Submit Order” button at the bottom right of the page. The website will deliver a confirmation email when you have completed the process successfully.
